Please note: All merchandise is photographed the same way but there is a possibility that item colors may vary from screen to screen. If the item purchased does not match the color you were looking for, please contact us by email at: [email protected]
Any item(s) that you wish to return or exchange must be in its original condition when returned. Items will be inspected for damage before your refund is credited to your original method of payment.
Items must be returned 20 days after the delivery date.
ByRayven will provide you with a free return shipping label on your first order, any extra labels will be provided at an additional cost.
To make a return, please contact us via email with "Return" as the subject and include your order number in the message for reference and please be sure to add the reason for the return. Custom items are not eligible for return. Instead, changes and revisions can be made to accommodate you.
